A few days ago, while watching TV and enjoying a nice cold adult beverage, J wandered over and picked up the little metal bottle top that was sitting on the table next to me. Any of you with kids may know that occasionally the Disney Channel will feature random kids and their collections between shows. Jamison has seen well over his share of Disney Channel programming and has seen many a collection in his short life.
It seems that by picking up that small metal beer bottle top, an idea was sparked in his little twisted mind.
“Mommy, you know that if you have a collection, you can e-mail the Disney Channel and they will put you and your collection on TV?”
“Yes honey, I have seen that.”
Well mommy, do you know what I am going to collect?”
“What honey?”
“These beer bottle lids. They are SOOOO cool!”
“Really. Beer bottle caps. You really think that is a good idea?”
“Yes! It will be great! So don’t throw any more of these away, okay?”

Now, if it were the actual bottles . . something that looked different than all the others . . . I might be proud about that! :-p
